YOQI® Instructor Training Immersion 2027
CHIANG MAI, THAILAND | FEBRUARY 8–17, 2027
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Join Marisa and the YOQI team for a 9-day transformational immersion in Chiang Mai, Thailand, nestled within a lush jungle sanctuary surrounded by ancient trees, heritage architecture, and the quiet stillness of nature. This historic retreat center—recognized with a UNESCO Asia Pacific Cultural Heritage Award—offers a timeless setting where nature, culture, and deep inner work come together. Chiang Mai is known as the spiritual center of North Thailand, with stunning temples and nature revered by locals for its powerful life force energy.
For this special training, we will gather in a space designed for stillness, reflection, and transformation—creating a supportive container for healing, learning, and personal evolution.
This retreat is part of the YOQI® Module 1 Certified Instructor Training Program—an accredited, in-depth training in Qigong, Daoist breathwork, meditation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine through the YOQI method. Whether you are on the path to certification or seeking to deepen your personal practice, this immersion offers a powerful opportunity to embody the art of energy cultivation in a sacred natural environment.
While the atmosphere is serene and nourishing, this is also a focused, intentional immersion—designed to build discipline, inner strength, and mastery in Qigong. Mornings are devoted to practice and theory, while afternoons offer space for integration, rest, or cultural exploration. Evening sessions include meditation, connection, and internal alchemy.
Whether you are beginning your teaching journey or returning to renew your Qi, this immersion invites you to step into a deeper alignment with the Dao and your true nature.
NOTE FOR CERTIFICATION
Before attending this immersion, you must complete the Module 1 Introduction Series and 50 hours of practice. Please see the certification page for full details.

PAVEL BAHUSHEVICH
Pavel Bahushevich started practicing qigong twenty years ago. During this time he also studied meditation, yoga, sufi practices and modern techniques to work with energy. But spiritual practices were more like a hobby until he seriously injured his spine and wasn’t able to walk or sit for three months. After choosing not to go through with the operation that required fixing his spine with metal bars, he focused on qigong healing methods to heal himself. After successfully curing his spine through qigong he went on to become a certified Universal Healing Tao Instructor specializing in Iron Shirt, Tao Yin and Healing Love practices. He also has trained in medical qigong theory and form with Master Tan.
