PART 3: Ambassador Participation Opportunities
Please explore which opportunities you would like to participate in as a YOQI Ambassador. Opportunities are assigned based on qualifications, language skills, location, time zone, availability, and program needs. Additional training may be required before participation.
PROGRAM 1 — M1 Support Session Ambassador
Description:
M1 Support Sessions are 2-hour live webinars designed to support students enrolled in the Module 1 Online Training Program. Each session is led by two YOQI Ambassadors and is offered free to all M1 students.
Prior to teaching, Ambassadors must attend a short online training session with Marisa. Ambassadors are responsible for facilitating discussion, answering student questions, and supporting student progress through the course.
Compensation:
$50 USD per Ambassador, per webinar.
Schedule:
Support Sessions are held twice per month. Ambassadors are selected on a rotating basis according to availability, time zone, language, and student needs.
PROGRAM 2 — M1 Private Group Mentor
Description:
Private Mentorship Groups are designed to support students enrolled in the M1 Online Course. Each mentorship season lasts one year and begins at a fixed start date.
· Season 1 begins in July
· Season 2 begins in October
Mentors guide a small group of students through the training program and provide accountability, support, and encouragement throughout the year.
Prior to teaching, Ambassadors must attend a short online training session with Marisa.
Mentor Responsibilities:
· One 90-minute group meeting per month
· Review student homework and assignments
· Weekly check-ins via email or WhatsApp
· Provide guidance and answer student questions
Group Size:
Maximum of 5 students per mentorship group.
Mentors may lead multiple groups if desired and approved.
PROGRAM 3 — Private 1:1 Mentor Sessions
Description:
Private Mentor Sessions are one-time, one-hour coaching sessions booked directly by students through the YOQI Directory.
These sessions allow Ambassadors to provide personalized guidance, answer questions, review practice, and support students in their Qigong journey.
Prior to teaching, Ambassadors must attend a short online training session with Marisa.
Compensation:
YOQI retains a 20% administrative and processing fee. The remaining balance is paid directly to the Ambassador through the affiliate account.
PROGRAM 4 — Free Trial/New Student Welcome Call Ambassador
Description:
This 30-minute private introductory call is designed to welcome new students who have signed up for a free trial of the YOQI Video-on-Demand Library.
The Ambassador will:
· Introduce the student to Qigong and the YOQI Method
· Explain how to navigate the YOQI Portal and Resource App
· Help the student find appropriate practices based on their goals and interests
· Share information about additional YOQI offerings, including workshops, courses, trainings, and immersions
· Support the student in creating a clear starting point for their practice
Students will be matched whenever possible based on language, location, time zone, and personal fit.
Prior to teaching, Ambassadors must attend a short online training session with Marisa.
Compensation:
This is a volunteer opportunity and is not directly compensated. However, all purchases made by the student as a result of the introductory call will be connected to the Ambassador's affiliate account, allowing the Ambassador to earn affiliate commissions. Ambassadors may also develop ongoing relationships with students through local classes, private sessions, mentorship opportunities, and community building.
This opportunity is ideal for Ambassadors who enjoy connecting with new students, sharing the benefits of Qigong, and helping others begin their YOQI journey.
