YOQI® is a comprehensive method for mastering and teaching Qigong—rooted in authentic principles, igniting creativity, and bridging traditional wisdom with modern flow.
The YOQI® Qigong Fundamentals Training Course is an in-depth study into the practice of Qigong, Neidan, Daoist Yoga, Pranayama, Buddhist and Daoist meditation. Included in the course are exercises, lectures and tools for self-healing, stress reduction, energy enhancement, emotional balance and spiritual insight. You will learn the fundamental principles of Qi regulation, Internal Alchemy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and how to apply them to design your own Qigong Flow routines for personal health and healing goals.
The YOQI® Training Program consists of online coursework and live immersion learning in person with Marisa (both the online course and live training is required). It is designed for you to experience the natural unfolding of your internal power, based on classic Qigong forms and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. The program follows the Six Phases of Qi Flow, a method designed to train you how to effectively sense, feel, transform and work with Qi (life force energy/prana) and teach others how to do the same. Through repetition of the Six Phases throughout each module, deeper layers of experiential and intellectual learning can be integrated with ease.

Live immersions are an essential part of Qigong training — they provide direct teacher-to-student transmission, precise postural corrections, and invaluable hands-on experience. Practicing in a group also generates a powerful collective energy field, or “Qi field,” that supports deeper learning and transformation.

Terms & Conditions
The tuition fee portion of the Feel Your Qi Kit is valid for any immersion for 5 years.
As long as YOQI immersions are offered regularly worldwide, the tuition fee is non-refundable.
If YOQI 9-day live immersions are no longer offered within 5 years of purchase due to unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics), the tuition fee is refundable.
The Feel Your Qi Kit does not include live immersion accommodations or transportation.
