SUMMER STRAWBERRY FULL MOON MEDITATION

$20.00

An Internal Alchemy Practice to Nourish Yang Qi

Bask in the glow of the Strawberry Full Moon with this guided meditation designed to awaken and harmonize your body's Three Dantian—the energy centers of vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual clarity.

Rooted in Daoist internal alchemy, this practice nourishes Yang Qi by drawing in the cooling, luminous energy of the full moon. Through the gentle placement of your palms on specific energy points, you'll channel lunar light into your body, activating and balancing the lower, middle, and upper Dantian.

I will gently guide you step by step through the entire process—from grounding into the Earth’s energy to opening the heart center and finally lifting your awareness to the spiritual realms of the upper Dantian. With my voice as your companion, you’ll be led into a state of deep inner connection, clarity, and radiant presence.

Whether you're seeking a deeper energetic connection to the moon, or simply a way to connect to the vibrant season of summer, this meditation will leave you feeling replenished, centered, and illuminated from within.

In Summer, the full moon is called the Strawberry moon because it is the sweetest, ripest, most Yang full moon of the year. At the Summer Solstice, Yang is at it’s peak. Since the days are the long, humans, animals and plants stay awake longer. As a result all of nature is in a state of expansion and freedom. Animals frolic, mate, and give birth. Flowers bloom and summer fruits like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries begin to ripen on the vine. This is why our ancestors called the summer full moon the Strawberry Moon or Sweet Moon. Traditionally June is the month for weddings, hence it is also called a Honeymoon.

Since the full moon is at it’s most Yang phase, and Summer is the peak of Yang, this makes the full moon in summer an ideal time to nourish the Yang within. Our inner Yang is the fire of compassion and love. So this is a great time to focus on cultivating the power of human Qi: love.

For this Summer’s gift of Qi, I am pleased to offer a full moon internal alchemy meditation that will calm your spirit and nourish the Yang in your heart, free for all Video on Demand subscribers!
