WHERE IS PALAC WARLITY LOCATED?
Palac Warlity is 190 km from Warsaw (only 135 minutes’ drive) and 150 km from Gdansk (approx. 100 minutes’ drive). You will reach us from both directions, by taking the S7 road and the exit at Olsztynek or Rychnowo. The airport at Szymany is 70 km away.

WHAT WILL THE CHARGES BE FOR THE ROOM IF MY HUSBAND/WIFE/PARTNER ACCOMPANIES ME BUT IS NOT ATTENDING THE TRAINING?
Due to the limited room availability, this retreat is not suitable for couples unless both parties are attending the retreat.

HOW DO I TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?
Depending on the airport you arrive in you can rent a car or coordinate with other participants through the group Whats App that will be created 6 months prior to the retreat.
DO I NEED TO BRING YOGA MAT?
It will be helpful to bring your own Yoga Mat as Palac Warlity does not have enough for large groups.
WHAT’S THE WEATHER LIKE?
June and July in north Poland are pleasant but can change from cool to hot quickly. Bring layers.
WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE WITH ME?
Bathing suits, hiking shoes, lake shoes, and lot’s of photo ready Qigong outfits for the filming sessions. Imagine how you would like the colors to appear on your social media and website.
DO THEY SPEAK ENGLISH IN POLAND?
Not everyone in Poland speaks English, but they speak enough to get by. Poland is a very safe and beautiful country. Roads are excellent and people are kind.
